What this notice covers

This notice covers the project enquiry form on the contact page and the separate enquiry form inside the Aimentis website guide. It is not presented as a complete privacy policy for every future Aimentis service, product or business process.

The FAQ conversation stays local

Questions typed into the automated website guide are matched against a fixed set of Aimentis answers in your browser. The FAQ conversation is not sent to Aimentis, is not included with an enquiry and is not saved by the website.

What an enquiry sends

When you submit an enquiry, the website sends the name, email address, optional mobile number, selected purpose and details you entered. It also sends your consent choice, the form’s page or chatbot source, an anti-spam timing value and an empty bot-check field.

Normal request metadata, including the network IP address, is used temporarily for rate limiting and may appear in bounded server access logs. The application does not place the form contents in those access logs.

Please do not include passwords, access codes, payment information, health information, API keys or other sensitive material.

Why the details are used

The submitted details are used to deliver the enquiry to Aimentis and help us respond to it. The email service first asks the configured provider to deliver the enquiry to info@aimentis.in. If that is accepted, it then attempts an acknowledgement to the address you entered. Provider acceptance does not guarantee delivery to either inbox.

Email delivery

The enquiry is sent through the email service configured for this website. That provider processes the submitted details as needed to deliver the acknowledgement and Aimentis notification. The provider may be changed without changing the fields collected by the form.

Your choices

The mobile number is optional. You can contact Aimentis directly at info@aimentis.in instead of using the form. A fixed enquiry retention period has not yet been published; you can use the same email address to ask about an enquiry or request appropriate action concerning the details you submitted.
